All orders are shipped from our warehouses through express or regular delivery service from one of our shipping service providers.

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received the order and started the preparation procedures. In order to keep you informed of all the latest updates on your order, we will send an email containing the tracking number. Use the number to track the shipment status. You can track the order progress by logging into your account or clicking on the shipping company's tracking number sent in the email. All goods are displayed on the website with the estimated delivery time for each. We aim to deliver your order with as few shipments as possible. However, please be aware that in some cases goods may be delivered separately.
 
One of our shipping service providers will deliver your order directly to your door or business within the usual working hours and days in your country. You can also collect your order from the nearest office of one of our shipping service providers. All you have to do is make sure you have the tracking number for your shipment.

In most cases, one of our shipping service providers will contact you to arrange a delivery date for the shipment. If you are not available at the time of delivery of the shipment, a card will be left with the date on which you can receive the shipment or you can arrange another date for redelivery.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges cover the delivery service only. Summer Breeze does not bear any customs duties imposed by your country.
